Delivery Policy:

We want to build our trust by making your online shopping experience as quick and easy as possible. We offer a range of delivery options (WA only) to ensure our value to our customers.

Metro Delivery:

Metro Delivery areas are defined as selected areas of Perth. Our delivery options are-

  • Free delivery:
    We offer free delivery for orders $75 or more for selected metro areas which are located within the 10 kms from our store. Ares includes Aubin grove, Atwell, Belier, Bibra Lake, Banjup, Cockburn Central, Canning Vale, Hammond Park, Harris dale, Jandakot, Piara Water, Murdoch, Kardinya, Leeming, Success, South Lake, Willagee and Willetton.   Free deliveries are available only on Wednesday to Friday. Orders must be placed via online by 2pm on the day before of your delivery.
  • Queens park, Maddington & Kenwick-
    We also offer free delivery to Queens park, Maddington & Kenwick  for  orders $75 or more with a minimum delivery & handling charge.
  • Other Perth Metropolitan Areas:  We also offer delivery to other areas in Perth metropolitan for orders $75 with a minimum delivery & handling charge. Our smart online ordering system can calculate the cost of your delivery.
  • Click & Collect:
    We offer “Click & Collect” same day store pick up for in stock items only. Orders must be placed via online before 12 pm for the same day collection between 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. This option is not during public holidays. Please check our website for operating hours. The pick up time for weekend is between 3 pm to 4:30 pm. Please call us to arrange a different time.
  • Special Delivery:
    On request special orders can be delivered separately outside of normal delivery time. The order value must be $150 or above. Order must be placed via online or over phone at least 2 days prior to the delivery date.
  • Delivery to Regional WA:
    We offer delivery to regional WA as well. However, due to the remote nature of some of the areas, we are unable to deliver. We encourage you to contact our friendly staff on 08 9414 1878 during operating hours for your delivery options.

Please note:

  • Our standard delivery time is between 10 am to 5 pm AWST. During “wet season” the time may vary without prior notice. We currently do not have any weekend home delivery services.
  • Please check the postcode tables for delivery charge. If your postcode is not listed in our table please call 08 9414 1878 to confirm your option.
  • Different delivery charge will apply for regional delivery. It may take between 3-5 business days for delivery. Please call our office on 08 9414 1878 for the delivery charge and options.
  • If you select the “Authority to leave” during check out, we will leave your order in front of your door even no one is at home to receive it. It is noted that, in this situation This “N That will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage of any products after the delivery (deliveries) have been dropped off.
  • Either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, can receive the delivery while it is delivered to your home. Are-delivery fee may apply if no one is available at home to receive the delivery unless you select “Authority to leave” option during checkout. In this circumstance a fixed $5 re-delivery change will apply for our free delivery zones customers.
  • Please sign the delivery order note in the presence of the delivery person. We encourage you to examine your orders upon delivery to ensure that no item is missing or damaged. In case of any missing or damaged or incorrect items, please contact our office within 24 hours of your delivery. For any damaged or incorrect items, we will replace the item(s) with no extra cost with in 48 hours. However, we expect you to keep the damaged or incorrect items as is
  • If your order includes fresh meats or frozen items and you are unable to receive the delivery on that day, please notify us via phone before 9:30 am on the delivery date. We can arrange the delivery outside of our standard time with a charge. An additional delivery charge may apply for delivery outside of standard delivery day & time. In this circumstance, a fixed $5 re-delivery change will apply for our free delivery zones customers.
  • We will deliver your product directly to your nominated address at the time of your purchase within the nominated delivery date. Delays outside our control may be acknowledged. If you change your delivery address, for any reason, please let us know ASAP. We recommend you to call us in this regard as your e-mail might not be opened prior to the order being delivered from our store. Nevertheless, if you change your delivery address after the product is being delivered then an additional delivery charge may be applicable for a re-delivery to your new address provided that you notify us your new address within the standard delivery day & time. If we do not receive any notification from you, our deliver person will leave your delivery at your doorsteps and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any items that have delivered at your doorsteps.

Return Policy

Return Policy:

  • For In Store Purchases

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 7 days with your receipt. A receipt is required for returns or exchanges. Purchases made with cash: a cash refund or a store credit will be issued. Purchases made with a credit card: a credit will be issued to the original account.

No return or exchange on As-Is items, we apologize for that.

When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund without a receipt.

For Online Purchases
