How do I create an account?
Click on “Account” link on the top navigation menu. This will take you to user registration screen. Follow the prompt to create an account.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
Click on “Account” on the top navigation menu. At the login page you will find the “Lost your password”. Just enter your login ID or e-mail address and hit the submit button. Your password will be sent to your e-mail address immediately.
Is your site secure for online shopping?
Our site is secured, and we don’t store customer’s credit card information. In order to have a long term relationship with you we are keen to protect your information’s. We take every steps to protect customer information however it is your responsibility to use a secure system when placing an order.
How much the delivery costs?
We offer free delivery to some areas in WA (with in 10 km from our physical store) on a purchase of $75 or more. For non free delivery areas our smart system will calculate the delivery cost based on the distance from our warehouse. Please read or delivery policy for more details.
How long will the delivery take?

What are the delivery methods?
We have different delivery methods applicable to customers from different areas from WA. Please visit our delivery policy for more details on our various delivery options. Online order delivery method needs to be selected during checkout process.
How do I get the tax invoice?
Once your order has been placed and processed by store, you will receive an e-mail notification along your tax invoice. You will receive a hard copy of your invoice along with your product at the time of delivery.
Can I change and cancel my online order once submitted?
Once you place an order, it goes to our delivery team. If you wish to change or cancel any order please call us immediately on – 089414 1878 and we hope we will be able to help you. We may ask your order no and/or payment reference no to track your order. Please note that if you place an order outside the business hours then please call us between 9:30 to 5:30 pm (AWST) during weekdays and 11 am to 3 pm during weekedns and public holidays. It is also to be noted that we not prefer e-mail in this regard as your email might not be opened prior to the order being processed from the warehouse.
What are the pricing & payment methods available for me?
All prices are in Australian dollar only.
Our acceptable payment methods are-
a. We accept bank transfer- Our bank details can be during payment. Please advise us your payment reference no at the end of placing order.
b. Credit cards payments through PayPal- A 2% surcharge may apply for processing through PayPal.
c. Pay over the phone by using Credit cards- Please call us to arrange a payment via phone.
